Payments & Fees
Our trip planning service is complimentary; we earn commissions from trusted partner providers and often secure special rates. For most activities and services, we collect payment in advance to secure availability unless stated otherwise, and we’ll always send clear details and a secure payment link. Some services may require direct payment to the provider, whose cancellation and refund policies will apply.
Service Responsibility
While we carefully select providers, we are not responsible for changes, delays, or issues beyond our control. We recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind.
